Foreign delegates attending the Meet must NOT be Indian Passport holders.
E-ticket or reimbursement will be provided from the capital city of the respective country to New Delhi.
In some cases, the organizer will cover part of the airfare. Reimbursement will be processed upon submission of:
- Copy of air tickets (with fare in USD)
- Payment receipt
- Immigration stamp
- Visa copy
- Passport (front & last page with address)
Airfare Reimbursement Policy:
- Americas (USA, Canada, Latin & Central America): Up to USD 1200
- Europe, Middle East, Africa, ASEAN, CIS, Australia & NZ: Up to USD 750
- SAARC Countries: Up to USD 450
Attendance at the inaugural function and Buyer-Seller Meet is mandatory for all foreign delegates.
Selection of buyers will be subject to approval by the special selection committee.
